It is so hard to connect with other women in the busy times we live in. How I long for a good old fashioned quilting bee where we could just sit around together and talk! I am hoping this will be a way for me to connect with other women and share information. Hoping to save us all money and even more important ~ time!
If you want to contact me directly, you can e-mail me at camopant@yahoo.com
I even recently started an at home business call Camouflage Concierge hoping to help busy families. www.CamouflageConcierge.com is my site. I have had a lot of fun reading up on starting a business and even did my own web site using Yahoo! I figured the concierge business (I am a glorified errand girl!!) really fit my personality. I love to do things for people!! With my kids getting older and having lots of help around I thought this would be a good time to try it!
I am narrowing things down to what I would really like to do . . . It would be my dream to work for myself and maybe even have my girls eventually work for me
Near and dear to my heart are christian Moms trying to live be godly wives and love their children. I hope to use this blog to encourage, teach and mentor others in their walk with God.
I also have a talk I can give to your ladies or Moms groups. SECRETS REVEALED!! The three steps to raising great kids! I hope to incorporate some of the great things I have learned researching child training in my future blogs!
Personal Information:
We live on an 80 acre farm raising home grown beef and pork and other pleasure animals ~ horses, cats, dog, etc. We also have experience with rabbits, chickens pigs, goats & sheep.
We have been members of Sparta Livestock 4-H Club for the last 27 years, showing our animals at the Kent County Youth Fair. We are actively involved at Trinity CRC of Sparta, our home church since 1976.
Currently I am leading an evening Ladies Bible Study and acting VP of Women’s Ministries. I have experience planning retreats, coordinating large dinners (30-200) including entertainment and decorations – and since 1995 have been chairperson of our yearly fund raising dinner at the Sparta Town & Country Days ~ which served over 600 people in 2007!
We have home schooled our kids for 13 years. We have one graduated down to one in diapers; and 6 in between. (Yes, we have 4 pair of pants!) Some of the information I would like to use will be directed toward home schoolers but I believe it will apply to all parents everywhere!! This is not intended to be a home schoolers only site
